De-Stress and Relax with Yin Yoga and movement arts.
Join us at the Wild Moon Studio on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. for a relaxing class of yin yoga and movement arts. Following the Traditional Chinese Medicine knowledge of the meridians and energy, we will work with gentle movements and poses to release stress and relax. All levels welcome, no previous experience necessary.
